Firstly, thank you to everyone who made MMHM 2023 such an ​incredible success. Raising over £4,000 for our partner charities was ​a wonderful achievement and that’s entirely down to the support of ​so many of you.

We're excited to announce the date for MMHM 2024. Please get ​the date locked in your diary now, we’ll be finalising teams and ​numbers over the coming days and weeks.

After the oversubscribed event last year, we again have a fixed limit ​of only 18 available teams so please confirm your attendance ​quickly to reserve your place as this will be done on a first-come, ​first-served basis.

Mind in Mid Herts are a local, innovative and ​experienced mental health provider for people ​aged 16 years and over. We support positive ​mental health working across three themes; ​prevention, social support and recovery.

We understand everyone’s needs are different and ​work in a person-centred way to ensure the ​people of Hertfordshire’s mental health is ​supported and respected so that nobody has to ​face a mental health problem alone.

ANDYSMANCLUB are a men’s suicide ​prevention charity, offering free-to-attend peer-​to-peer support groups across the United ​Kingdom and online. Locally we have groups in ​Enfield, Barnet and Euston.

We want to end the stigma surrounding men’s ​mental health and help men through the power ​of conversation.

18 Holes on the fabulous Aldwickbury Park course. Stay tuned for more information on format, challenges and prizes.

BBQ, refreshments and prize giving

What better way to round off the day than a BBQ on the terrace overlooking the 18th green. We'll announce the winners, share stories and find out who's been creative with their handicap.
